Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

This romantic scene of beautiful Venice, Italy depicts a lovely lady on a balcony overlooking the shimmering waters of the canals. In the distance, she spots a gondola approaching. The handsome gondolier is her lover, and each day she waits in this spot to watch him pass by. The rose she clutches is one he gave her the night before.
A 1986 graduate of Pasadena's Art Center College of Design, Johanna has 3 decades experience as a storyboard illustrator, portrait painter and art educator. Johanna's artwork exemplifies the meticulous attention to detail found in traditional realism, yet her vibrant use of color lends her paintings a cheerful, contemporary feeling. In addition to her self-published limited edition prints, Johanna's artwork has also been published in open editions by Dogwood Publishing and is sold in stores such as Marshall's, Linen N' Things, Target, and Bed, Bath and Beyond. Johanna gladly accepts private commissions for personalized paintings and portraits.
